A. General and Website Terms of Use:

Welcome to the online shopping site of Zeit für Brot Ltd.
For any questions, comments, or issues regarding the site, we will be happy to assist you by phone at – 077-9800272
The site is an internet website through which food products and other goods marketed by the Zeit für Brot shop can be ordered.
The Zeit für Brot chain of stores is entitled to change and/or terminate the website’s activities at any time at its sole discretion, without any need for prior notice.
The website is phrased in the masculine grammatical gender, but the reference is, of course, to both males and females alike.

B. Eligibility to Purchase on the Zeit für Brot Website:

Any person and/or corporation holding a valid credit card issued by one of the credit card companies in Israel, which is honored in Israel, and subject to providing all their details as requested during the registration process for the Zeit für Brot website.
Despite the above, the Zeit für Brot website reserves the right not to allow a particular customer to purchase products through the Zeit für Brot website for any reason, including the cancellation of the order at any time, at the website’s sole discretion and without the need for reasoning or explanation.

C. Area of Website Activity:

The service provided through the website is granted in specific areas only, which change and are updated from time to time by the Zeit für Brot chain of stores at its sole discretion.
It is hereby clarified that the purchase and delivery of products on the website are possible in accordance with section D.3 (Product Pickup Hours) and from the shop at 37 Menachem Begin, Tel Aviv.

D. Operating Hours of the Zeit für Brot Website:

Ordering on the Zeit für Brot website is possible 24 hours a day, except in cases where the site is down for maintenance and/or any other reason. Order delivery for the day the order is placed will be possible in accordance with the time slots available for selection on the website during the ordering process.
Customer Service center operating hours are as follows:
Sun – Thu 09:00 – 17:00
Product pickup from the shop at 37 Menachem Begin is available approximately two hours after the time of order and between the hours of 10:00-17:00. Orders via the website that arrive after 17:00 will be processed the following day.
It is hereby clarified that changes may occur in the times specified in these regulations, including delivery times, website operating hours, and customer service center operating hours, all at the sole discretion of the Zeit für Brot chain.

E. Products Sold on the Website:

The website sells various food products and other consumer goods, as detailed in the product lists appearing on the website.
The Zeit für Brot chain is entitled to change the selection and/or variety of products displayed in the product list on the website at any time as it sees fit, as well as replace and/or add any products to the product list or remove any products from the list from time to time, all at its sole discretion.
It is hereby clarified that the manner of displaying products on the Zeit für Brot website will be determined from time to time at the website’s sole discretion. It is clarified that product images appearing on the website are for illustration purposes only and do not obligate the Zeit für Brot chain in any way.
On the Zeit für Brot website, it will also be possible to order products next to which it is noted in the product list that they are not currently in the online store’s inventory, or any other similar term. In such a case, if the customer selects the product and the product’s stock is renewed by the time the order processing begins by the bakery chain, the product will be included in the delivered products, and the customer will be charged for this product as well. Naturally, if the product is not delivered, the customer will not be charged for said product.
It is hereby clarified that wholesale purchase of products will not be possible within the framework of purchasing products on the website. The Zeit für Brot chain reserves the right to prevent purchases and orders that, in its sole discretion, constitute a wholesale purchase. It is clarified that a purchase of over 5 units of any product may be subject to approval by the Zeit für Brot website manager.

F. Product Prices:

The binding product prices are those listed next to each product appearing on the website. It is hereby clarified that the Zeit für Brot chain shall be entitled to update product prices on the website from time to time at its sole discretion.
It is hereby clarified that if product prices were updated before the end of your product selection process, you will be charged according to the updated prices. Furthermore, if you ordered a product and its price changes between the time of order and delivery (subject to the terms of the delivery section below), the binding price for charging the customer will be the price at the time of order confirmation by you.
Products displayed for sale at promotional prices will be supplied at the promotional price provided the promotion is in effect both at the time of purchase and at the time of delivery.
The charge for weighed products will be according to the actual weight of the products as weighed by the Zeit für Brot chain. It is clarified that the estimated order value provided to the customer is based on the estimated weight of the weighed products ordered. Note for the customer: the weight of baked goods is measured before baking. Naturally, for products sold and delivered by weight, there may be a reasonable deviation between the ordered weight and the weight actually delivered, and therefore the bill will be calculated according to the actual weight of the product delivered to the customer, and they shall have no claim and/or demand regarding this.
Product prices include Value Added Tax (VAT).

G. Payment:

Payment on the Zeit für Brot website will be made using credit cards issued only by one of the authorized credit card companies operating in the country, and subject to these companies permitting online payments by the customer.
Despite the above, the Zeit für Brot chain reserves the right to set payment arrangements and/or other means of payment as it chooses at its sole discretion, including arrangements for payment by means other than credit cards.
Credit terms will be in accordance with the standard practices of the Zeit für Brot chain at the time of the order.
The Zeit für Brot chain reserves the right to stop and/or change the payment method on the Zeit für Brot website at its sole discretion at any time as it sees fit.

H. Product Returns:

It is hereby clarified that damaged and/or spoiled products cannot be returned, provided they were not delivered as such by the Zeit für Brot chain.
In the event of a discrepancy between the order and the products supplied or dissatisfaction, the customer must notify the customer service center within 6 hours of the delivery time; failure to provide notice within said period constitutes a waiver by the customer of any claim and/or demand regarding discrepancy and/or dissatisfaction on their part.
The customer service center will coordinate with the customer regarding completion and/or replacement and/or return of the product and/or financial charge/credit to the customer, as applicable and as required by circumstances and law.

I. Order Cancellation and Modification:

Modification of an order by the customer will be possible at the sole discretion of the Zeit für Brot chain, which will make every effort to allow the order modification as requested by the customer.
Once products have already been supplied, the order cannot be modified and/or cancelled, and you will be charged the full order amount or the original order amount before said modification, as applicable.
Modification or cancellation of an order shall be performed via the telephone customer service center only.
The Zeit für Brot website will be entitled to modify and/or cancel an order provided it notifies the customer before the delivery time. In the event of cancellation, the customer will not be charged for the order amount, and in the case of modification, the customer will be charged according to the modified order.
Any cancellation of hosting trays after 11:00 am, 48 hours prior to the event, involves a cost of 50% of the event cost.
It is emphasized that returning products and cancelling a purchase shall be according to and subject to the provisions of the law, including the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, the Sale Law, 1968, and the Debit Card Law, 1986, and/or subject to the bakery chain policy, as determined from time to time.

J. Customer Club:

The Zeit für Brot chain is entitled, but not obligated, to enroll a customer ordering via the Zeit für Brot website into the bakery chain’s customer club. By joining the Zeit für Brot service, the customer confirms they have read the club regulations and agrees to all its terms.
If you possess a customer club card, you will be requested by the Zeit für Brot website, at a time determined by the site at its sole discretion, to update the card number in order to enjoy all the granted benefits and rights.

K. Sales Promotions:

From time to time, Zeit für Brot products will be sold as part of sales promotions.
Promotions held on the Zeit für Brot website are within the framework of sales on the Zeit für Brot website only and are not related to other promotions offered within the chain. The Zeit für Brot chain shall not be obligated to sell products under promotional conditions on the Zeit für Brot website even if said products are sold under promotional conditions in the chain’s stores. Likewise, promotions conducted on the Zeit für Brot website shall not bind the chain’s physical stores.
If the Zeit für Brot website decides to hold any promotion, the promotion will be valid until a date determined and/or until stock runs out (whichever is earlier), all subject to the relevant promotion’s terms and/or regulations and/or subject to what is noted next to the product offered in the promotion. Promotional prices are valid for the delivery day only, as detailed above.

L. Liability:

The Zeit für Brot chain is not responsible for any damage and/or loss caused to a customer on the Zeit für Brot website and/or to any other third party as a result of use and/or a purchase conducted on the Zeit für Brot website.
The above includes cases of a purchase made via credit card without the cardholder’s consent, and/or any action performed on the site by any third party who enters the site and causes damage.
The Zeit für Brot chain will not bear any responsibility for damage caused to a customer directly or indirectly due to a delay in delivery or from the supply of damaged or faulty products, unless the fault or spoilage resulted from the negligence of the Zeit für Brot chain. For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the Zeit für Brot website’s liability shall be limited in any case to the amount of the product only.
It is hereby clarified that information regarding products appearing on the Zeit für Brot website is sometimes from the product manufacturers, and therefore the Zeit für Brot chain is not responsible for this information.
The customer shall bear full responsibility for damage of any kind caused to them and/or to the Zeit für Brot website and/or to any other third party due to an error made by the customer in typing data, including an error in typing their address, credit card details, delivery address, etc.
The Zeit für Brot website makes every effort to maintain the proper functioning of the site; however, the customer exempts the Zeit für Brot website from any liability for damage of any kind that may be caused to them and/or any third party as a result of activity on the site and/or a technical fault in the hardware and/or software related to the site.
The Zeit für Brot website shall not be liable, regarding anything related to the site, for damage of any kind caused to a customer and/or any third party as a result of a communication failure (internet or telephone) arising from an act and/or omission and/or negligence of internet providers and/or telephone communication providers.
The Zeit für Brot website shall not be liable for damage of any kind caused, directly or indirectly, to a customer and/or any third party, regarding products purchased at Bread (Lachmim) which a third party manufacturer and/or importer supplied to the bakery chain, all subject to the liability applicable by law.
Additionally, it is clarified that although advertising information and links to other sites appear on this site, the Zeit für Brot website is not responsible for content and/or information originating from third parties.
Without prejudice to all the above, in no case shall the Zeit für Brot chain bear a damage amount exceeding the price of the products ordered and paid for by the customer.

M. Data Security:

The Zeit für Brot website implements advanced protection mechanisms on this site to secure the information herein.
You undertake not to perform or attempt to perform any actions aimed at disrupting the site’s operation, including any attempts at penetration, scanning, and/or exposure of information, etc. Furthermore, it is strictly forbidden to operate a robot or other automatic means intended to scan data from the site.
It is hereby clarified that the Zeit für Brot website will act by all legal means against those performing prohibited actions as detailed in this section.
The Zeit für Brot chain will not bear any responsibility regarding the exposure of customer details or any other misuse, in the event that you did not properly safeguard your username and/or password or did not change your password from time to time as recommended.

N. Privacy:

The Zeit für Brot website is a database for which an application has been submitted to the Registrar of Databases. Use of the Zeit für Brot website confirms the user’s consent to be included in this database. The Zeit für Brot website and/or anyone on its behalf shall be entitled to contact you, the customers, via direct mail, including via Israel Post or email, as well as via telephone and/or fax, for the purposes of sales promotion, marketing, etc. Within this framework, the site will be entitled to send you information regarding the Zeit für Brot chain.
If you wish not to be included in the database, you must notify the Zeit für Brot website in writing in accordance with the provisions of any law.

O. Intellectual Property:

The intellectual property on the Zeit für Brot website, including patents and/or copyrights and/or trademarks and/or trade names and/or designs and/or product pricing and product price lists, etc., belong exclusively to the Zeit für Brot chain.
The intellectual property rights of the Zeit für Brot chain as mentioned above shall also apply to the graphic design of the site, the software, the databases, and any other material found on the site.
The Zeit für Brot website reserves all its rights and property in the site’s content, and merely entering the site does not grant any license and/or right in the site’s content and/or any part of it.
It is hereby clarified that the Zeit für Brot chain identified by the use of the trademark including the name Zeit für Brot Ltd. and/or “the German Bakery” and/or “Bake House” belongs exclusively, with all that it entails, to the Zeit für Brot chain, and merely entering and/or using the Zeit für Brot website does not grant any right regarding the brand.
Any mention in various catalogs of a name, trademark, product, and/or service of any third party appears only as a service to the customer and does not constitute an advertisement, promotion, sponsorship, and/or any recommendation regarding them. Product images are for illustration purposes only.
The site and its content are intended for private, non-commercial use only. One may not reproduce and/or copy and/or market and/or sell and/or scan and/or translate and/or display any material as detailed above unless prior written consent has been received from the Zeit für Brot chain.

P. Jurisdiction:

The provisions of Israeli law only shall apply to the manner of engagement through these regulations and everything related to them, and exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the courts in Jerusalem.

Q. Notices:

Any notice sent by the Zeit für Brot website to the customer at the address filled in by the customer at the time of order shall be considered as having reached its destination 48 hours after it was delivered to Israel Post, and if delivered by fax or email – on the day of its delivery.
