How did it happen?

Like all good things, it started by chance.
Dalia Israeli, at the time a high-tech professional with 17 years of experience at Amdocs, went on a weekend trip to Berlin.
During the trip, she randomly walked into Zeit für Brot, tasted the Schnecke, and fell in love at first bite.
She immediately realized she couldn’t keep this goodness to herself and began determinedly seeking out the right person until she reached Dirk, the owner of the chain.
From there, a significant partnership was born: establishing their first branch outside of Germany, right here in Tel Aviv.
