Since our establishment, we have been members of the Skal Union organization, and all raw materials for our breads come from organic farming.
We use green electricity and save on transportation routes because we bake right in the heart of the city.
We take a conscious approach toward food: no food is thrown away here. At the end of each day, we donate the remaining products.
For us, sustainability also means setting new standards in the way we work together. We invest in professional training and long-term relationships with our employees.
